Romany is our Financial Adviser. She started in the Finance industry from a very young age and for the first few years she advised on mortgages and life insurance.

During this time, she identified a significant need for comprehensive financial advice within NeedingAdvice and decided to advance her career.

After attending the prestigious Quilter Financial Adviser School, it was clear that her interest lay in pension and investment advice.

She looks after all of our new and existing clients’ needs. She particularly enjoys helping with pension consolidations, advice for the self employed and equity release. Her favorite part of the job is building strong relationships with her clients and helping them achieve their long term goals.

Beyond her work at NeedingAdvice, she is passionate about financial education. She has established a small but growing community on Instagram, focused on simplifying finance topics for a broader audience.

One of her notable achievements was helping her client find ten lost pensions, of which he was unaware. This has not only secured his financial future but also helped him retire early and spend more time with his children.

In her spare time, she loves traveling to new places, practicing yoga and spending time with her friends and family.
